Terms and Conditions
Memberships are for 12 months and do not automatically renew. Online membership postings into the Business Directory will be made once payment has been received and confirmed. You may cancel your membership or contribution at any time by providing us with email and/or telephone notification of your intent to discontinue your membership. Cancellations will be processed after we receive your notification. There are no refunds for which payment has already been received. It is your responsibility to ensure that email is not filtered by your mailbox anti-spam software.
Futures Furniture uses PayPal merchant services for payment of memberships and contributions. We follow PayPal's strict guidelines for product use and distribution of all payments to the Futures Furniture account as directed by PayPal. Any questions regarding PayPal and their products and services need to go directly to PayPal. Futures Furniture does not provide support for the installation, set up, or use of any PayPal products, nor are we liable for the use thereof.
We reserve the right to add company logos to profiles from the website specified within a profile at the time of registration. Information may be added or edited within a company description based on text taken from a company's website at the discretion of Futures Furniture, LLC. As a member, you agree to give Futures Furniture the right to use your company logo and pictures in all advertising campaigns.
We participate in Affiliate Marketing Programs through LinkShare Referral Program
Any questions regarding LinkShare and their affiliates and their products and
services need to go directly to LinkSharel.
Futures Furniture does not provide support for the installation, set up, or use
of any LinkShare product, nor are we liable for the use thereof.
User Conduct
You agree that you will not: (i) transmit
via or through the Futures Furniture, LLC site any information, data, text,
files, links, software, chat, communication or other materials that is or which
Futures Furniture, LLC considers to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive,
harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, racially or ethnically hateful or
otherwise objectionable; (ii) attempt to transmit any “virus”, “trojan horse” or
other software destruction or disruption device; (iii) intentionally or
unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international
law, including but not limited to, any regulations having the force of law while
using or accessing the Futures Furniture site or in connection with your use of
